For precise grinding operations, uninterrupted oil flow is essential — the magnetic separator ensures continuous flow.
An endless belt of magnetic candles is dipped in the dirty coolant tank so coolant enters the core. Coolant flows slowly over the candles leaving ferrous dirt on them. The belt indexes to pull out dirt-laden candles, rotates them at the top to remove dirt, and transports it to a bin outside the tank.
