GIRIJA INDUSTRIES established in 2006, we started as a proprietary established to cater coolant filtration requirements of engineering industries. Initially a servicing firm then developed in to full-fledged manufacturing set up.

In initial days, for filtration of the suspended dirt particles, simple sedimentation tanks were used rather then having coolant filtration systems for individual machines.

GIRIJA INDUSTRIES started with marketing and then developed in designing and manufacturing of coolant filtration equipments for individual machines. Girija not only designed individual coolant filtration units but also for centralized plants for handling of coolant for a cluster of machines.

The coolant filtration systems manufactured and installed for various kind of Rolling Mills, Bearing industries, Machine tools, Automobile industries, Washing machines, paper industries etc.

It is the only organization in this field that cares to provide customer clean working environment with low operating costs, and has its own production, designing, commissioning and after sales and servicing team.

Agitator

Some application require constant mixing or stirring or agitation. This can be achieved by GIRIJA agitators.

Magnetic Chip Conveyor

Magnetic chip conveyors effectively transfer wet or dry ferrous chips, stamping slugs, turnings, parts or die scrap without carryover.

Magnetic Separators

Magnetic coolant separator is device which cleans coolant liquid of very fine particles; it removes chips from the milling or grinding liquid..

Paper band Filters

Band filter are the simplest and oldest form of filters. GIRIJA Band filter is one more step towards additional simplicity.

FLATBED PRESSURE FILTER

Dirty fluid is fed under pressure in to inlet manifold. It is distributed equally in plates. Filter papers clamped & supported between plates separate the dirt & form a layer (cake).

Self Cleaning Filter

Dirt collected is ejected out automatically with little fluid. Shell of the filter is fabricated in MS & is designed to handle working pressure of filter.
